While studying in England I was hanging out in a bookstore and happened upon a few different versions of Alice In Wonderland. One was illustrated by Ralph Steadman (who also illustrated all the Hunter S. Thompson books). The Steadman version was so nutty that I ended up buying it.
So began a minor obsession with Alice In Wonderland. I need another shelf in my office because Ihave too many versions. They are all amazing but I am now proudly displaying a version of Alice that my sister Lauri just published. It is absolutely beautiful.

My favorite Alice illustrators are Tenniel, of course, and Arthur Rackham. I also love the popup book J. Otto Seibold did. The book your sister published looks gorgeous!
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland: A Pop-up Adaptation by Robert Sabuda
It is an excellent version and a great pop-up book by a master of pop-ups.
