Actually, it isn't really space. This is a video of what happens when you pop a water balloon at zero gravity. It wasn't recorded in space. It was recorded on the Zero G plane (the "Vomit Commit"). And it is really cool.
That is really cool! I wouldn't subject myself to those conditions in order to see it live, but that is amazing. I wonder if the astronauts have done any similar experiments out in space in real zero-gravity.
