I truly can not believe that his show exists. It proves that reality television has gone too far. "Groomer Has It" is literally a show about animal groomers on Animal Planet. Tonight's challenge was to groom a bearded collie. Yes, that's right, dirty bearded collies that need grooming. Oh my. That's a tough one. It turns out the bearded collie tends to get matted hair in the groin area. And you know how sensitive the bearded collie groin is. How will these super-star groomers detangle the most sensitive areas of the bearded collie? The answer is, carefully. And, apparently, without the slicker brush. The slicker brush is intended for breaking up the mat in short haired dogs, not long haired dogs like bearded collies. Duh.
I can't wait to see the next challenge. Perhaps it will be grooming a Siamese cat, or a pygmy goat, or a small child. Tune in next week for "Groomer Has It."
